Jersey Tai Chi Foundation

The Jersey Tai-Chi Foundation was established in Jersey, Channel Islands in 1985 by Mr. Raymond Reid who is both founder and principal. He is assisted in the running of the club by Instructors Steve Renouf and Grant Osborne-Smith.

Practice nights are:

Beginners & practicing for health: Mondays 7:00 pm. to 9:00 pm. at Plat Douet School Hall.
Advanced & Martial Arts: Wednesdays 7:00 pm. to 9:00 pm. at Plat Douet School Hall.

Phone for details of the next beginners intake. (numbers are limited).
Courses for stress management through the use of Tai Chi can also be arranged.
